What documents will I need?
☐ Valid Driver’s License and Social Security cards for you and any co-borrowers
☐ Checking and savings accounts statements for the previous two months
☐ Evidence of any assets such as bonds, stocks, or money saved in retirement funds (i.e. 401k or 403b program)
☐ Current paystubs for previous 30 days
☐ W-2 and/or 1099 forms, and income tax returns for the past two years
☐ Purchase agreement for subject property
